I have a furnished room to rent in a very tidy house in Fareham that has easy access to the M27 and is within 20 minutes walk of the train station.
It would be for £340 a month with all bills included. Interent is also available. I would like someone who is happy to come and go as they please. My children stay with me every other week from a friday to a friday so you will need to appreciate there would be no CD when they are around, otherwise you may indulge at your will. If your a RG then my children staying is not a problem is it! I like going out for a drink and clubbing and regularly go to Portsmouth to catch up with my mates. I also enjoy a good glass of wine or beer and a movie night.
If your interested or know anyone who is then let me know asap. It'll be first come first served. Lastly I dont mind what gender or sexual orientation you may be, but I obviously need someone who will not mind my transvestism and you must be happy sharing a house with a straight CD.
